Our Terroir
The preservation of our soils and terroir is at the heart of our approach. Our soils are alive and their balance is crucial for ensuring healthy, sustainable and environmentally friendly crops. On our farm, we use green manure to strengthen the health of our soils, preserve their richness and guarantee high quality crops. This practice is part of our vision for sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.

Green manure
We use green manure which is a sustainable agricultural practice that enriches the soil with nutrients and improves its structure and fertility. A type of plant or mix of plants that are grown to be buried in the soil where they decompose and release nutrients is known as green manure. The most common varieties include legumes (clover, alfalfa), cruciferous (mustard, rapeseed) and grasses (rye, oats). These plants, often grown in rotation or between crop cycles, offer multiple benefits.

The benefits of
green manure for the Terroir
Improving soil fertility : green manure increases organic matter through natural decomposition.
Protection against erosion
Green manure acts as a natural cover, reducing weed growth.
Controlling weeds and pests
The roots of green manure stabilize soils and protect them from the bad weather.
Improvement of soil structure
By aerating the soil, the roots of green manure promote good water retention and air circulation.

Our Commitment
for the Terroir
Our vision is a sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
Selection of suitable green manure
Depending on the season, soil requirements and subsequent crops.
Sowing and growing
Once green manure is well developed, it is mowed or buried in the soil to release its nutrients.
Transition to the main crop : thanks to these practices, our soils are ready to host quality crops in organic farming.

The Cellar

Le Fonctionnement de Notre Cave
At the heart of our estate, our cellar embodies the balance between tradition and modernity. Every step, from harvest reception to the ageing of our cuvées, is carried out with care and respect for the product. The grapes, carefully selected, are pressed or vinified in suitable vats, ensuring optimal extraction of aromas.
Our modern equipment allows a precise monitoring of the fermentation process, while preserving the authenticity of the fruit and the terroir. The maturing is then done in ideal conditions, giving each cuvée the necessary time to reveal its unique character. Thanks to rigorous work and constant attention, our wines reflect all the richness of our land and our know-how.
Our cellar, both technical and full of spirit and soul, is the place where the grapes are transformed into wine, to offer each tasting an unforgettable experience.
